Introduction

Anti-Detect Browser ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, SDK, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials (such as Google OAuth tokens). If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing information — we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Usage Data

We log API usage data including: API key identifiers, timestamps, fingerprint request parameters (tags, browser version filters), and request counts. This data is used for quota management and abuse prevention.

Browser Profiles

Profile metadata (name, associated fingerprint ID, tags) is stored on our servers. The actual browser user data directories (cookies, localStorage, etc.) are stored locally on your machine and are never uploaded to our servers.

Fingerprint Data

The fingerprint data we provide through our API is collected from real devices and does not contain any personally identifiable information. Fingerprints consist of technical browser parameters such as screen resolution, WebGL renderer strings, installed fonts, and other browser characteristics.

We do not track which fingerprints are assigned to which users beyond basic profile metadata needed for the Service to function.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Enforce usage quotas and prevent abuse
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, billing notifications)
  • Respond to support requests and inquiries
  • Comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
  • Google — OAuth authentication
  • Cloudflare — hosting and CDN services
  • Database provider — data storage (PostgreSQL)

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication (JWT tokens with expiration), and API key hashing. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes).

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
  • Data portability

To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@antidetectbrowser.com.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (token) to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
