These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Anti-Detect Browser website, SDK, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Anti-Detect Browser ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Keep your password and API keys secure and confidential
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
API Keys and Access
We provide API keys to access the Service programmatically. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and must not share them with unauthorized parties. API keys are subject to usage quotas based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are found to be misused or compromised.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Commit fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
- Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Circumvent or interfere with the security features of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent
Subscription and Payment
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, code, documentation, and content, is owned by Anti-Detect Browser and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.
Fingerprint Data
The fingerprint data provided through the Service is licensed for your use with the Service only. You may not:
- Extract, redistribute, or sell fingerprint data outside the Service
- Use fingerprint data to build a competing product or service
- Share fingerprint data with third parties without our prior written consent
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anti-Detect Browser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the fingerprint data will pass all detection systems or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- Your API keys will be revoked
- We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Locally stored browser profile data on your machine will not be affected
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the dashboard settings.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
